Organization of the safety at work and environmental  protection issues in the company applies to creating the appropriate safety  conditions of work according to the needs of Montenegrin laws and international  standards.

The quality of work conditions and environment has to be  interactionally evaluated. According to the newest international standards  working environment is a part of the physical and social environment.

There has been an organized system of environmental  protection issues in the company according to demands of JUS ISO 14 001  standards which is connected to the safety work system. The point of the system  is to preserve the employees’ life and health as well as the physical and  social environment as one of the strategic interests of the company.

Measures taken towards environmental protection issues are  present in all the phases of work and development. During the development of  new products, reconstruction of the current equipment or purchase of the new  one, construction of the manufacturing objects, full attention is directed to  demands regarding environmental protection issues, working environment as well  as safety at work.

Our business policy is the ecologically clean manufacturing  as a business concept of sustainable development.

Establishment, maintenance and improvement of our way of  governing the physical and social environment are based on the following legal  and international rules and standards and are in accordance with demands of international  ISO 14 001:2004 standard as well as with the IPPC orders for implementation all  preventive measures and the best available technologies.
